Lost Creek Grill

My wife and I ordered a burger and asked for medium-well. The burger smelled burnt and was past well-done and charred. My wife's was not as bad but still past well-done. I sent my burger back and it was removed from my ticket. The service and atmosphere were very nice. I was hoping for better food. Kind of hard to justify spending $25+ on a steak, when the cook cannot do medium-well on a $11 burger.

Delicious steak, potato, & salad. We are from New Iberia, LA so my friend wanted to try the gumbo. word of advice...DON'T. This is not a gumbo at all. Forgot to get a pic of it. Not sure if there was even a roux base to it. Weird.

Absolutely wonderful. From the fresh warm bread and the perfect sweet tea to our entrées we were perfectly satisfied.
He had the mahi-mahi and I had grilled catfish. The salads were made with fresh greens, no brown nasty here. We were amused with the tiny hush puppies, but they were delicious.
Our server was only 2 weeks there, yet she was well trained and did a wonderful job.
We will definitely do this again!

Fantastic dining experience. Great service and wonderful food. I had the hickory smoked ribeye and my wife had the prime rib. Both were cooked just as we requested and tasted great. The asparagus was grilled just right for me, just a bit of crunch and lots of smokey flavor. My wife had the sweet potato and added mushrooms, both were very good.
