    I love food trucks! This husband and wife team just opened last month and are doing a brisk business already. I asked if this was their permanent location and they said it was. I had tacos and sopes. The tacos asada we're tender and served with a single totilla, onions and cilantro. I prefer two tortillas because they are often kind of fragile. The sopes had just a touch of crunch and a tender center. It was served with lettuce, onion, avocado and tomato. Both were super tasty and filling. Fed three for $20.00+$5.00 tip. Give up on "brick and mortar" resturants and go METAL! Jeff
