She knows her customers, and she makes sure everything is labeled & comes with a disposable fork and napkin. The menu largely does not change, and yet there are specials almost every day. Most dishes come with a choice of hash browns or fried potatoes. One of my favorite things so far was the Inside-out Burger, made to order with the house-made philly sauce! It was amazing!”

“Two words: FRIED MOZZARELLA!! Omg best mozzarella I’ve had in a longgggg time! Soooo cheesy and with that perfect stretch you look for in hot cheese sticks- even though these are rounds :). The tater skins were HUGE, good flavor but too much potato, so that’s what I tasted the most over the cheese and bacon sadly. Next me and a friend decided to split the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap and the famous Philly on real Philly sub bread as the menu says. They were so nice they cut both in half and split them in two boxes for us. I really appreciated that. The Caesar salad wrap is exactly as it sounds- it’s just a Caesar salad wrapped in a big flour tortilla, I’d personally just have a salad, it was good but the croutons were soggy and I wasn’t expecting them for some reason even though it said it on the board. Now the Philly meat was good. I was sad the peppers and onions cost extra being that it was already a $14 sub. Mind you the beef is local but still, it was on the smaller side, especially compared to the wrap. It was good, just tasted like it was missing something is all. We also ordered a side of fries (it’s ala cart) and LOVE that they are homestyle but maybe ask if they can season them because we didn’t taste any seasoning. I took them home, tossed them in some spices and air fried them for a couple mins and they were delicious after that. All in all, some great folks with some nice local beef and omg, do yourself a flavor and get the mozzarella. I’ll be back for these bad boys! Also for my plant based friends- they have the BEYOND burger!! Woohoo!! 🙌🏼”

“We've been coming to Craig's for several years now, and we always get the ribs. Once I find something I love at a restaurant, it's hard to order something else. The ribs are great ! They give you plenty of extra sauce which is sweet and a little spicy. Fried pickles, and beans are good. This is a local family business. Craig, and his wife run the place, and their son is there sometimes too. I highly recommend you try the ribs if you haven't yet !”

We were the only customers but the service wasn't to good just teenagers playing on their phones and the teenage girl seemed irritated. Kept chewing her gum and wasn't very welcoming at all or helpful. But once we ordered our food arrived quickly and presentation was amazing. The Belly Ache I had was alright only complaint is the pork & brisket we're very dry and not much flavor. BUT! Their onion rings were amazing almost the best I've enjoyed. My girl got the Seafood Tater which was really good & flavorful. No complaints at all really other than the service being the main issue. But I'd definitely go back again it was worth trying for the first time.”

“This new restaurant is fantastic. The inside is nicely done with tile floors and and nice looking furniture. They do have a drive thru which is super convenient if you don't want to go inside. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. They have a HUGE menu for plenty of options which I'll add photos of. To start you off they give you salsa and chips and little bowls to pour your own salsa if you don't want to share. Now the salsa is amazing, it's got a bit of a creeping spice to it that could be a little for some but definitely delicious. Their cheese dip is fantastic, its the white queso that drips and isn't too thick. The guacamole bowl is awesome as well. I ordered the burrito California and it hits the spot! The sauce and spices they use and the rice is delicious together. Can't wait for the bar area to open up and once it does, good luck finding a place to sit here. I've had this place twice now and it's some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Can't wait to come back.”
