“My new favorite coffee shop! Everywhere else in town makes over the top, sickly sweet drinks that have no coffee flavor (even if you tell them half-sweet). My half-sweet coconut iced latte was perfection. So glad I finally stopped in. I see many more visits in my future.”

“About a year ago, I emailed the company about constantly upcharging every customer with a large drink without their consent. I never received a reply. For a large family, we thought we were paying a certain price on our meals, but we were being charged extra every time for a large drink when we didn't even need a large drink. I finally caught on when the numbers weren't adding up. They made adjustments after my complaint and started asking customers if a medium drink is good. I can deal with that. Ask me before charging me extra. Now, they are back to charging for a large again without asking the customer. I really can't support a company that will be so sneaky to loyal customers. The first time, I sent a private email. Now, the public needs to know.”
