“We were surprised with our experience at the Angry Possum. We were passing by on the interstate and needed a restaurant in Newport so we searched restaurants on Google Maps. This one popped up! We like to try new things so we pulled up. Neat and historical old building. Unique recipes. Great tasting foods. Broad variety of menu items. Server/ Bartender was super nice and full of information. She did great. We hope to stop in again sometime during evening hours because it looks like a fun place to be.”

The place was very clean, and it’s clear that this place wants to keep people safe and healthy. On Saturday, I ordered a BLT and a strawberry grape salad to go. Both were really good!
