“Passing through out Northern MS, when hubby and I pulled up 10 minutes before closing and it was awesome!! The owner and his helper were the absolute best with the kindest spirits. The owner told hubby and I that we could order whatever we wanted even though they were preparing to close for the evening. I have to say that our 2- 2 piece catfish dinners were freshly cooked and so were the sides. The prices were exceptional and WE will be stopping back through everytime we pass through this town.”

“Traveling back on vacay, decided to stop in Pine Bluff and always look for great BBQ spots. It's an unassuming lil joint but inside is nothing but down home, friendly and great tasting BBQ. We had the pulled pork sandwich with slaw, chopped brisket sandwich and their home cooked chips and hand cut fries. All were excellent...only bested by the service we received from DeShawn and Jamie. Best service we had the entire vacation! Oh, and had to have the peach cobbler dessert too...fantastic! And the wife and lil one are picky on their cobblers :)”

“Fried pickles were good. Ordered the boneless wings special with fries and honey BBQ. The honey BBQ tasted like sweet and sour and not enough sauce. The fries got so soggy I couldn't eat them due to the condensation in the container. (2 Stars) Update: I gave them another chance. The wings are good. I switched to the Honey Gold sauce and it's better than the BBQ sauce. The fries still get soggy due to condensiation but I order a cup of cheese sauce on the side. Side note: I always get the sauce for my wings on the side. (4 Stars)”

“Well, my 75 year elderly mother had a Dr appointment today and always has to have Churches Chicken to take back home. We ordered the 12 pc mixed $35 it was delicious... the customer service was remarkable.. there was a male customer the inside lobby talking loud to the gentleman behind the counter but, he apologized the young man said your the customer you don't owe me an apology I said yes he does so except it ! There inside lobby and outside could use a major facelift. I didn't take pictures but, all were cooked to order and my mommy enjoyed her wings, slaw and wings honey biscuit. . Thank you...”

“For travelers, this area doesn’t have Waffle House or your favorite Village Inn or IHOP, but Luckys has that good ole home feel and grandma’s ole cooking when you were a kid. I love the options of omelettes, classics, and daily specials. I don’t too often see corn beef hash a -or- my preferred shredded hash browns. The staff are kind and attentive like what you imagine of a dinner back when neon and reflective metal siding as the ole airstream camper. You can watch how the local guests are like at home, your regulars as they say. I would defiantly recommend Lucky’s to those traveling and need a breakfast to get the day started. Better than the local Huddle house according to those I asked when looking for a cup of Joe. Special thanks to the waitress for keeping my coffee filled! Very appreciate.”

“Love places that have small menus because you know it's gonna be good, and Nita definitely delivered on that front, not to mentioned the great customer service! I got the wingettes combo with a waffle and okra as side. Everything was tasty, especially the okra because they were smaller bite-size pieces with more surface area for the crispy batter to cover. I also appreciated that the wings were dry and crispy so I could add the buffalo sauce when I got home. Will be returning!”

“This is one of my family's favorite places to eat in Pine Bluff! My children love the Chinese buffet, but I love the Hibachi. You can choose all of your own meats, veggies, fruits, sauces, and seasonings, then make your choice of fried rice, white rice, or noodles. I always have noodles. It is the most delicious meal. “This restaurant has two sides. Mongolian or Buffet. The Mongolian is good, but my little family loves the buffet even more. The best thing about this buffet is they rotate old food out VERY well. They have a dedicated person for this. Most people come here for a takeout, so it's high volume, but most of the booths are usually empty. (exception, Sunday church rushes)They have the pretty typical spread for a Chinese buffet in the South. They also have Americana options for your anti-chinese food family member. The service is courteous. This review is four instead of five stars because buffet food is never deserves five stars. It's a fantastic buffet nonetheless. The building itself is outdated, don't expect a luxury feel. This doesn't detract from an excellent selection, and good rotation for constantly fresh food.”

“Excellent food, swift service, wonderful sides, and great prices for the quality of the food. The Hush Puppies are solid and crisp and come before you even order the meal, along with the coleslaw and a special sauce for them. The catfish is lightly breaded with cornmeal, and the fish is fresh and tender and not at all overcooked. The fried shrimp was light and still juicy. The boiled shrimp was wonderfully seasoned, cold and crisp and wonderful. The fries were plentiful and the baked potato excellent. We really enjoyed out meal a lot, and the wait staff was super efficient even though there had been a HUGE party just before us.”
