City Silo Table + Pantry

We absolutely love this restaurant. It is so nice to have multiple vegan options to choose from. The staff is helpful, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Thank you to all involved in bringing heathy dining to WLR.

This place passed the vibe check. Beautiful ambiance with lots of seating. Great options for vegan and vegetarian eaters, with only limited menu options for meat eaters. If you're looking for a variety of flavorful choices this is the place.

So, City Silo and I have a bit of a history now—two dates, you could say. The first time, I went for the semi pro açaí bowl and a cold brew. That açaí bowl played hard to get, not a hint of sweetness, and the cold brew was strong like it had been hitting the gym.

Round two was tonight, and I ordered the goodo bowl. Spoiler alert: it wasn't that good-o. The chicken was drier than a desert, and the veggies were channeling their inner raw food enthusiasts, staying crunchier than a bag of chips. Flavor? Well, it must have taken a vacation, because it was nowhere to be found. To top it off, the kombucha was rocking a lukewarm vibe.

I had high hopes for a healthy relationship with this restaurant, but alas, City Silo missed the mark. Maybe third time's the charm?

Second visit. Will be back again and again. Had the sunshine burrito previously, so good.

Pictured is the kale Caesar chicken wrap. Fantastic. Also had a very good cold brew.
