This is an excellent bar, that has an awesome Irish Folk band that plays frequently. The atmosphere is amazing when they are rehearsing or playing. Traditional Irish folk music is so beautiful. The food is just as great as the atmosphere! The Fries are really hearty and hand cut; some of the best I've ever had. The Guinness cheesdip is pretty much standard nacho cheese with a hint of Guinness; still good though. The bangers and mash are well seasoned, cooked, and delicious. The curry chicken was well rounded, and very tasty. Not to strong yet just the right flavor. My absolute favorite is the Irish bread pudding served a la mode. It has to be tried! If your on Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock, you NEED to try this Pub!
Legit, Irish pub in Little Rock whose bartenders know how to pull a proper Guinness. Wonderful local, national, and Irish decor create a warm atmosphere for friends and family. Tasty traditional Irish pub classics with a few twists. Screens to catch your games. Hibernia is the place to go in West Little Rock!
Hibernia is my absolute favorite place to get authentic fish and chips. I’ve had fish and chips in York, England and in Cork, Ireland. The only difference between theirs and Hibernia is the presentation. In the UK, they take a newspaper and roll it into a cone shape, and put the fish and chips in the newspaper. Hibernia’s fish is cooked perfectly, with the batter crispy and the fish tender and flaky. Hibernia gets a 10/10 for authenticity and flavor. We had 10 people and our bill was only $135.00. There were 5 fish and chips, 1 Philly cheesesteak, 3 shepard’s pie, and 1 corned beef and hash.
Great bar, very friendly folks and a lot of good music. Food is good, as is the bar. They have recently started serving breakfast, the sofa bread is the best!
My wife and I came here for her birthday, and accidentally found a new regular watering hole.
I had corn beef and cabbage, her shepherds pie.
I have not cleaned a plate by wiping it down with pieces of bread (soda bread, pretty incredible) since my grandma passed nearly two decades ago.
Her shepherds pie was amazing as well.
Doin good work y’all.
