Mt Fuji Japanese Restaurant

If you want authentic Japanese food, this is the place to get it! They opened promptly at 11 for lunch (we were there at 2 minutes 'til). We were welcomed in, along with a few other people who had arrived the same time we did. The host (I actually think he was the manager) asked where we'd like to be seated, and we got to choose our seats. There were some great drink options. The menus were spread over the table (there were three or four), and there were so many choices!
There was some upbeat instrumental music playing. The place is very clean. There were no odd smells, even though we were close to the kitchen. It was a very pleasant experience!
We drove an hour and a half to get to Mt Fuji Japanese Restaurant, but there is nothing like it (the authenticity) where we are, even though Memphis and Jonesboro are much closer to us than Little Rock.

Decided to try it again before they change locations. I heard that there was new ownership and that food was a lot better. Everything was delicious! So good I forgot to take pictures before eating any.

Supper friendly staff. Great food. They have a variety of sushi to choose from. Wine options as well . I'm definitely coming back .

We wanted yo eat there once and they ignored we ever came in. The second time was ok, but the prices are a little high for what you are getting

I took my girlfriend here for a date and ordered the lunch special. The food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. Seating was amazing and our servers were very good at keeping our waters topped off, while giving me plenty of time to teach her how chopsticks work. And some of the etiquette I've learned about.

I was delighted when the chef stopped by and talked with us about his sushi and his career and training lead him to create the flavorful rolls and pieces. And that Miso Soup is devine!

Pricing was very appealing which is good for those that want delicious food for lunch or dinner!
