Jason's Deli

I always get the salad bar. It is certainly not your run of the mill salad bar. Upper tier is how I would describe it with lots of choices you won't find elsewhere. Everything else is good here to by the way.

Yesterday 5/9/23 I ordered through the app at 8:40AM for pick up at 11:40, when I got there they were in the process of training new staff members and literally just got new equipment installed for checking customers out. They apologized for not having my food ready. Look as though the new equipment did not alert them of my order. They all was so sweet and gave me a free drink for only waiting a few mins to put my salad together. Also the restaurant was much cleaner. In the past the tables would be dirty and sticky but they have improved. I only removed 1 star because when I walked in, it appeared 1 lead/manager and another manager did not greet me, they just turned to each other talking. But the new lady walked over about a minute later asked if she could help me right after she help another customer.

Excellence in every single area. I was on a tour bus and upon arrival today they quickly set up two order lines...one for the bus patrons and another for the locals. The managers on duty were more than accommodating!! They got us through quickly with superb caring and friendliness and served our tables very quickly after ordering. The food quality was excellent! A couple in our group had birthdays and they treated them with a special treat as well. America has gotten so far away from excellent customer service but Jason's has restored my faith in the restaurant business because they truly cared. The sandwiches we got were really good. I had the Ruben it was stacked with meat! My daughter got the Italian and the meat was kinda thin but she enjoyed it. The pasta salad was bland. The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait all that long.

Dropped by for lunch to have one of their awesome salads.
Salad bar was fully stocked. Customer service was top notch. The manager was super friendly and really went out of his way to make our lunch visit awesome. It’s an amazing feeling when you’re getting good service and products/food for your money. I will visit this location for lunch more often. Keep up the amazing work.
