Gadwall's Grill

This place is freakin' fantastic! Ohh my gosh. This was my first time here, though my husband has been here numerous times. Clean and comfortable environment! The staff is excellent! Heather was our waitress, and she did a phenomenal job. 👏 It was a busy Friday night, but our beers, appetizer, and main courses came out in a timely manner with less than a 15-minute wait! Affordable, tasty, and perfect-sized portions! We will be back. 😄

This place has that we've been here for years and there are many reasons why kind of feel to it. I've eaten here twice now since living in the area and both times the food was what I wanted and made how I asked. The staff were all friendly with just the right amount of sass and bluntness that I honestly appreciate. It tells me these people know what their doing and they can be your best friend or they can send you packing if you don't play nice. You don't get those kind of people in newer or fast food places. If you want some southern comfort food with a small town friendliness then this place will make you happy. And I do recommend chatting with ur wait staff if their not busy, you can get a lot of laughs along with your food at no extra charge

They never disappoint!
Great food and fast friendly wait staff. We started with fried pickles, yes fried but lite, not greasy and not heavy on the stomach😋. Shannon had the build your own bologna sandwich 🥪a thick cut of bologna on Texas Toast. I had the classic cheese burger with onion rings both delicious. A word about the onion rings, you know how in some places you take a bite of your ring and the entire onion slides out one end. Not these, each bite is a lightly battered bite of equal parts onion and batter with the rest of the ring staying intact.

Great place to eat at! The atmosphere there is very welcoming. They check on you throughout your time of dining there. The portion of food they give you? I love to eat but I didn’t even get to finish my burger and chips! I tapped out lol. My husband couldn’t finish either! I would recommend this place to friends and family.

My daughter and I had a lunch date at Gadwall’s outside on the patio. The young black guy who sat us and brought us our drinks was so nice. We ordered the turkey club, BLT and cheese fries (not pictured). The BLT had a good amount of bacon. Both of our sandwiches were great. My only complaint was that the cheese on the cheese fries was shredded cheese which eventually hardened the longer it sat. Other than that the food and service was good.
