(September 14, 2023, 9:15 pm)It was my 1st time to visit the Saucy Pig, and they did not disappoint me. Their pulled pork sandwich was awesome. The slaw was fresh! I also had their red potato salad and baked beans (which also had pulled meat in it). The meal was generously portioned and promptly prepared. Friendly service.
This food truck is a beast with a stationary platform and picnic tables in the parking lot. I bet it gets brutally hot out there in the summer heat. They also have a Facebook page which has their phone number for call in orders.
I will be back. Delicious -
