The Nutrition Hangout

Pleasantly surprised to receive a deal at the door! Mondays sometimes seem treacherous but on 5/8/2023 my morning was turned into a treasure with Emily behind the bar! Thank you to her and her staff for making my day so wonderful!

Been getting 2 meal-replacement protein shakes here weekly for about 1 year now. Between the shakes, my diet, and exercise, I'm down over 40lbs.
I've tried other replacement shakes in the past that actually ended up restricting my weight loss.
These shakes not only taste great but actually aid in my weight loss!

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is friendly, the vibe is vibing, and the shake and teas are delicious!

Such a fun way to start your morning! Meal replacement shakes and teas are amazing. Highly recommend.

Stopped in today for the first time and a lady named Emily was so helpful. She greeted me with enthusiasm and a smile. I told her I had not been there before and she walked me through the process of picking out a tea and a shake. I told her flavors I liked and didn't like and she was able to recommend the best flavors based off of what I told her. I don't like gritty teas nor do I like the "protein flavor" in meal replacement shakes, but these had neither and they were PERFECT!! I will definitely be back and I'll for sure recommend this place to everyone I know.

BONUS: If you are having a bad day, stop by this place. The energy Emily gives off is phenomenal. I wasn't having a bad day, but I was overwhelmed. When I liked the Nutrition Hangout, I was so happy and calm and I just felt like a better person all around.
