“I went to this location about a month ago. I may be wrong but I was under the impression that when you entered a Fire House Subs shop that you got greeted with a hearty “Hello” I got nothing. It took a long time for them to make my 3 sandwiches. By the time I got home with my food my one half of my sandwich bread was soggy (yuk). My husband said there was suppose to be a pickle with our sandwiches and we got NONE. This was my first time at a Firehouse sub here in Arkansas. The impression it left was not a good one. There is another location just a little bit further the opposite direction of where I live and when I am ready to try Firehouse again I will try the other location and hope I get a whole different experience. I will never go to the other location ever again.”

“Hands down the best Cajun food I've had outside of Lousiana. The bread was crusty on the outside, soft in the middle just like it should be. Had the Johnny and June 1/2 Po Boy and the Boudin Balls. I will absolutely be back. Some folks might reel at the prices-- but this man does not screw around. Everything that can be sourced locally, is. Everything else is carefully selected for both quality and authenticity. Beau will not steer you wrong, by the ticket and take the culinary ride. Every last bite was exceptional.”

I ordered from the app, put in my stall number, 5 minutes later the screen says they're bringing my order. 10 minutes later they finally brought my burger and tots but they were both cold. I know they have to keep their times down, but keeping times down due to actual time being fast is different than scanning the order to be out but the order not being out the door.”

“I haven't been to a Red Robin in years. I used to go frequently when I lived in CA but there isn't one near me in TX. While visiting Arkansas I was excited to see one right across the street from our hotel. However, it was very disappointing! I ordered New England Clam Chowder and it was so watery! And, it was broth, nothing in it at all....no potatoes, no clams??? I ended up trading it for the Chicken Tortilla soup which was good but not what I wanted, I can get that anywhere! I didn't realize until I got home (I signed a check on the electronic thing on the table and receipt was emailed) that I was charged an "entertainment" fee...?! Not sure what that was but I definitely wasn't entertained! The people were friendly and that's the only reason for the stars.”

“My first memory of Red Lobster was the apple sauce that came with kids' meals when I was a kid. Now, of course, I also enjoy the cocktails, biscuits, and basically everything here. The service is fantastic without being annoying, but since I base my tip off my bill, I expect great service because the staff is also expecting me to tip well. The food is just so good even though there's not an ocean near! I've been here SEVERAL times without a less than perfect experience.”

I had the Biscuits and Gravy Omelet. Yes, you read that correct. It's a biscuit wrapped inside a ham and cheese Omelet that is covered in sausage gravy. It may not be heart healthy, but it is sure great comfort food. I will eat here again.”

“Stopped by with my mom and kids to grab a quick bite before subjecting myself to Frozen 2 out of some sense of parental duty. The place was really busy and the employees seemed confused. Waited a while to be seated with a bunch of other folks before giving up and hitting the drive thru. We enjoyed our burgers in the parking lot. Since we're antisocial it was actually better for us. Who wants to eat in a noisy restaurant and feel obligated to leave a tip anyway? I think more restaurants should have drive thru options.”
