“My wife found this tortillas at our local grocery store and they are the best. Specially we love the corn tortillas because of their thickness and flavor. We have tried several brands before, but this are the best. My whole family loves them.”

“Taste of food: 3 stars. Experience, atmosphere, quality of food: 4 stars. I feel like their food was good, but it lacked 'flare'. Just something to burst the flavor forth. I would eat there again, but I was a little underwhelmed for the price. The roof top is fun with a beautiful view. Very little parking.”

“I want to start off with a disclaimer that I am a Chicago native, born and raised in Chicago not a suburb (lived in Cicero till I was 18 then moved to wrigleyville until 9 years ago) so I know my Chicago pizza. That being said, Marley's has the sauce down, delicious and I can tell it is homemade!! The crust is spot on down to the cornmeal dusting on the bottom and the perfectly browned upper crust of the deep dish pie. The cheese is superb and and more than enough to satisfy your cravings. The chicken wings are well prepared, fresh wings (not frozen or from yesterday), and thoroughly cooked and delicious. The hot honey sauce is an amazing combination of sweet and spicy but not overly sweet or overly spicy. They're cooked all the way through with a nice crisp to them, I suggest ordering them, I got them on a Wednesday when they were 60 cents a piece. I got them with a ranch sauce and their ranch sauce is delicious!!!! I mention the ranch sauce because we all know there's good ranch and there's not good ranch, do they have the good ranch... I'm licking it off my fingers as I'm typing. I'm leaving four stars because while the flavor is amazing the toppings were a little scarce. I know this is based upon the person that's making the pizza and also the level of orders they have received they might have been rushed. That being said this is a solid pizza and the flavor is amazing along with the wings so if you're in the area I recommend Marley's if you're wanting traditional Chicago deep dish pizza and hella good wings.”

“Edit: It has switched owners again and is back to fantastic sushi. I originally gave three stars. The new overhaul is something that from an outsiders point of view, was unnecessary. When Miso used to be toyko sushi, you were waited on, cared for, and you could watch the sushi being made. Now, you get told to sit anywhere (which is fine), get brought some menu's, and that's about the last you will see of them. You have to go up to the front to order, the chefs preparing your sushi are in the back now out of sight, and when they bring you the sushi, they don't even bring you soy sauce anymore. You have to walk up to the front and get it. If they had lowered the prices or the sushi had improved, it may have been fine. I'm not sure that the price had been raised, but it definitely didn't feel worth it. The quality of the sushi was not as good as it used to be and quiet frankly it just didn't feel as welcoming. Don't go there expecting toyko sushi, the place has changed into a fast food sushi joint.”

“Not the best looking interior or best alcohol selection in town but the music is great and if you want to actually dance and not stand around posing this is the place to be.”

“First time visit at this restaurant. Early dinner and during a weekday so keep this in mind. The restaurant itself has a good atmosphere, and I would assume on a busy night that’s it’s a fun environment to spend with family and friends. The fried pickles are a solid 7/10. Good quality for how quickly we got them after we ordered. The food itself is probably as expensive as other seafood restaurants in this area. $15-$25 is about how much every dish is. The dinner I received was average to above average in taste. It was cooked fresh, but a bit of me would have liked to see more quantity on the plates. Overall experience this first go around would be 6/10. It’s not a bad place to eat whatsoever, and I assume that eating on a weekend evening would be a bit more enjoying. I would recommend eating here at least once.”

“Really delicious food! Their birria tacos are the best, their consome is delicious and the ramen soup with birria it's just amazing. Definitely recommend. This food truck is in a corner and even though at first you might be lost, parking can be packed and it's for a reason. A lot of people come here because this Mexican food is great. There are some benches where to sit and people need to try it!!!!”

“This is a Huarache and it was very delicious. This the second time I came to this establishment. I actually enjoyed it a lot more than the first time. Their food is unique, very authentic Mexican food from the streets of Mexico. The other people in my party had a Torta that had meat and bread, some Tacos and everything was so tasty!”

“Previously named Abuela’s / Santaneco, this restaurant is one of my favorites. Pupusas are fresh and delicious. The plátano frito and yuca frita are always on point. They are always super friendly and are currently taking covid precautions (workers are wearing masks and gloves, plastic partitions separating the cashier, spaced out dining area and they offered to bring our takeout order to our car so we could wait outside). Definitely give this place a try!”

“OMG I'm not even sure how to get started with this Diner, we walked in to the Black Bear Diner a little earlier for our assigned seating and we were immediately greeted by at least 4 staff members it was a little shocking at first but they were all super friendly.. so we got seated and within 2 minutes of being seated we were given our awesome looking newspaper menus and were explained the menus. After that was finished we figured out what we wanted to drink, I was so excited that I was able to get Mountain Dew ice cold, and my brother was able to get his Dr. Pepper, so once we ordered our drinks, we noticed that the entire establishment was clean, there was even a large Bear Plush it was so cool! So shortly after we got our drinks, we had some servers come around giving us free samples of the most amazing Bread Pudding with Pecans, I really wish I could have asked for more!, so we ordered our food shortly after we got the samples, we had already figured out what we wanted for breakfast so I got The Volcano and oh my lord when I say the portion sizes are awesome I do mean it! Out came 3 Really large Sweet Cream Pancakes, 2 Large Slices of Sweet and Savory Bacon, One large Sausage Patty, Scrambled Eggs on TOP of my pancakes?! I don't remember what the name of what my brother got, but his came out as a large portion of Hash Browns, Two extremely loathing biscuits with sausage, and eggs all covered in the most amazing looking gravy So we started eating and everything was so good, the Pancakes were seriously the most delectable and tasteful Pancakes I've ever had, the Eggs were the juiciest and best eggs I've ever tried they were even cooked the way I liked without even having to ask for them that way! The Bacon were long and not greasy to the touch but when actually eating them they were juicy and crispy they were so tasty! The Sausage Patty and the Bacon were probably my favorite part of the whole dish, they both were so good! My brother also enjoyed his food, though he's already had Bears before so he kind of already knew it was this good! While we were eating they even brought out little samples of Chocolate Brownies and oh my god they were the smallest but most sweetest and chocolaty brownies I've ever tasted I could have never asked for anything more better then those brownies for a little mid-meal sweet tooth! So we finally finished what we could eat of our plates and we were given these Black Bear Diner Fan souvenirs! And I love that we got to keep the menus, the service was great, before we even finished our drinks we were brought refills they even gave me another glass of syrup which I was so happy about! They gave us the receipt immediately as well, they were perfect, the waiter we had enjoyed to talk and have discussion, if I would have had cash on me, I definitely would have given at least a $30 or $40 tip, we were even able to get to go boxes that were decent sizes, and when we were leaving, they greeted us saying bye, I felt so full I almost couldn't say anything!”

“The baristi who served me today was able to remake my new favorite drink by a simple description only, as I had no idea what it was called. My description was thinner than a mocha, not as sweet as a mocha, but still tastes a bit like a mocha, with more of a coffee taste. My husband brought me a drink the other day that was PERFECT, and couldn't remember what it was called. I honestly didn't think I would be able to find it again. He made me an Americano with coconut milk, and 2 pumps mocha instead of the normal 4 used in a Mocha. Voila!!! I am beyond impressed and so thankful he helped me remake the perfect drink that is just sweet enough, but not too sweet, with minimal calories that doesn't taste "diet." Thank you whoever you are!! I wish I had your name so I could thank you appropriately!!”
