A 50s diner vibe. Great music. Simple menu. The burgers were great. The fries were great. And they have FRIED PIES! I had a blueberry fried pie, my daughter had blackberry lemon, and my husband had strawberry cheesecake. Service was excellent...friendly staff. They don't have your food just sitting around. It is made when you order it so it takes a little extra time but is very worth it.
I went here while seeing family and it was a net positive experience. I’ve had it a few times know and the burger is pretty good. So are the pies and shakes but everything else I’ve tried was mediocre at best. The fries are just lame and the chicken is awful. But the pies and pie shakes are worth trying and it’s a inviting atmosphere worth going!
Same good stuff as the one in Jacksonville, AR except the brisket burger but maybe they all have it now. Git the single cheeseburger with seasoned fries. Also tried onion rings. Was all great. We had a big group of people and they had plenty of room for all of us to sit together. Food came out timely and fresh. Prices are good, $10 or less. Pies and ice cream are excellent. Gave atmosphere 4 stars only because it was a bit hazy inside due to the fryer or something and smelled like grease. Overall a good place to eat!
My family was visiting some folks in town during a long road trip and we decided to check this local place out and wow am I glad we did! This charming restaurant captured Americana perfectly. The staff were kind, the dining area was clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. Crispy fresh-cut fries, juicy high-quality steak burgers, and fried pies that would make grandma jealous. Pictured is a mixed cream cheese and cherry pie that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Seriously recommend this place for lunch and dessert! I would have taken a picture of the fries and burger, but I basically inhaled them.
The sign out front says, “Best Burger in Town,” and I can agree. The service was great, and all of the food was fresh and delicious! They had a few pie samples available when we arrived, and they were so tasty! I ordered a blueberry cheesecake pie. It was hot and cooked perfectly—flaky, crispy, and golden. Everything was so appetizing from the burger to the cheese fries to the chicken strips. Give this place a try if you want a good deal on some fresh food items! The decor was also nice. This was a great place to relax and enjoy an amazing meal! ❤️🤩
