Hunan Express

We order from here ALOT. Tonite we made 2 trips to get the correct order, and paid the extra $8 for them to get it right the 2nd trip there. The food is awful! Definately not what we expected. The food taste BURNT. I am highly not satisfied with the $ paid out, food so awful we wont eat it (dog not interested in it either!) and im headed to my kitchen to prepare dinner anyway. Im about to call and let them know and see what they offer to do about it.....stay tuned

UPDATE...I called and at first they were not happy, and they have every right to be upset about an dissatisfied customer! But after explaining the owner, im assuming, got on the phone with me and requested that i bring back whats left for a full refund so he could find out whats wrong before any other customers are equally dissatisfied with the food.
Thats what i wouldve done to prevent anyone else writing a bad review!! Perfect resolution!!

Super friendly staff! Very clean inside and the food was great. Hot, cooked to order. Had the sesame chicken and crab wontons lunch special. Definitely a generous portion.

I ordered the shrimp fried rice and cream cheese wontons for my family and I and it was DELICIOUS! The best Chinese food in town! :) The staff were so kind and quick with my order. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Hunan Express. 💞
