Good prices, good burgers. Definitely will come back

Barney's makes some of the best burgers I've had. Consistently. It's hard to describe exactly what they do so right, except that they capture the essence of an American burger. The classic Barney's Burger is big, juicy, slightly blackened, with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion, on a perfect sesame bun. It's not edgy and over the top like a $25 artisanal gastropub burger. It's just damned good, and I keep coming back.

Food is good! Big burgers! A lot of ppl tend to get one burger cut in half and split it! I don't recommend take out! They got my order wrong! I ordered the kids grilled cheese with tomatoes! They put the tomatoes on the side! Then when I went back they didn't make it over he just opened it up stuck the tomatoes on there! And then they gave it back to me! So needless to say when I got home my fries were cold and the sandwich was a mess! When he opened it tore it up! I came all the way from San Pablo to Albany in the pouring rain! I was gonna eat the fries on the way home! But I was too mad! Seriously disappointed! I have never seen a business do that! Also great vegetarian and vegan options!

An excellent showing by a community based restaurant. We shall start with the service. It was good... bordering on excellent. Ambiance was nice. Food was excellent and plentiful. The voodoo sauce mixed with blue cheese added depth and fantastic sneak up on you heat. The large fry fed 3 people with left overs. All in all a solid good meal. I will return.

Solid flame grilled burgers, turkey burgers, chicken, salads and sandwiches. Curly fries are good, they also have sweet potato, skinny, or steak cut fries. A full basket is enough for at least 3 if everyone is getting a sandwich. The bacon is thick, crispy and plentiful. Milkshakes, beer and wine.
A couple small tables out front to sit at. Service is friendly and accurate. Cozy place with warm low lighting, good for smaller parties.
