Pasta Bene

Solid food, good prices, good Italian. They're pretty quick with service, you seat yourself at a table and you're given a number card. Honestly they serve quite a bit of foof (at least for me) so unless you're a big eater you'll have enough to eat.

I had very good lunch here. Nice clean and tasty.

The service is always great and so is the food along with decent prices. The crab cakes... even though listed as a starter... makes a great lunch or light dinner and are some of the best I've tasted.

I would expect a restaurant that seems like they want to be upscale to have table service rather than walk up and order. The food was good and the place was clean. Just didn’t like that there was no table service.

Provided a little extra help for a family with two young kids. What do I mean? The usual process is to order from the register and then get a number that you put at your table so they know where to deliver your food. We came in with a 5 and 1 year old. They immediately sat us and then proceeded to wait on us like a traditional restaurant. They offered a high chair, took our order and checked up on us.

Besides that extra help that went such a long way in making our time enjoyable, the food was pretty good. The lobster ravioli special was flavorful, creamy and perfectly cook. The salads were decent, but not a highlight. The spaghetti with meatballs was also really good, but unfortunately spicy. Too spicy for my 5 year old. I won't order it for the kids but I would definitely order for myself!

I was pleasantly surprised by Pasta Bene. When I'm back over the bridge, I'll definitely consider coming here again.
