    Loud in the lounge when full, relaxed and relatable in the dining area during peak times. Friendly staff and fast service, even during peak times. Beer selection rotating and wonderful for a local joint. Good to watch afternoon sports and a drink, bad when everyone has to shout to hear each other. Happy hour fare is plenty, entrees generous, but sometimes not consistent. Relaxed atmosphere.

    This place is awesome. Easily the best place Castro Valley has to eat. The food is fresh, taste amazing and it’s super clean!

    Actually a very nice environment and a great location. The service was friendly and the staff was on top of it. The food on the other hand was not the freshest. Tasted like frozen food that was heated up.

    JP s serves great food. It’s fresh with quality ingredients. Good portions.
    Great beer selection
    Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful.
    They have specials daily, always something new to try.
    I’m so happy to have a cool hangout in Castro valley.
    A great place to watch sports.
    Very comfortable.
