Surprisingly good ramen. Unlike the comment Li made I disagree. I lived in Japan for approximately 12 years and Japanese ramen has a lot of variety. This ramen is surprisingly good, of course it's the ramen broth that makes or breaks it. I recommend the tonkotsu flavor, or miso. The noodles are cooked perfectly. BUT where is the kimchee ramen guys?
Spicy Shumi ramen ????????????
Delicious, sorry I ate it be for I had a chance to take the picture.
Above average Ramen joint in Lake Chabot Public Market (a grocery store sized spot with a few other food shops/restaurants such as korean bbq and a boba joint). Has not been crowded in my 4 visits.
Chicken karaage is good but they do not provide lemons. For sure worth a try even just to see the market itself.
This is a good spot for food and desert. There are other vendors to choose from.
