Ramen 101

Ramen is good. The grilled squid is really good. Staff is very nice and friendly. Gyoza is unfortunately deep fried instead of pan fried. I didn't care much for the chicken bowl but my mom (Japanese) liked the unagi bowl. Prices are reasonable. The seating can be a bit problematic during busy times. You have to order before you are seated so may have to get it to go if there isn't a seat after you order.

Solid 4. Service was great. Loved the ease of ordering. The egg was incredible. Good amount of meat!! Minor negatives: Broth was slightly bland (tonkotsu + black garlic) and noodles weren't ramen noodles (more like spaghetti). I'm definitely going back. Super nourishing, and can add spice for more flavor.

Closer to a 4 than a 5, but solid nonetheless. Everything was delicious, the soft boiled eggs had fantastic texture and the service was quick.

All in all, solid eat for a cold day.

Happened to be in the area and stopped in for lunch! It was clean and delicious! The ordering was easy and customizable. It was ready pretty quickly and prices were very reasonable. If I’m in the area, I’ll eat there again.

I really regret not taking a photo but I will next time. Still pretty new place so pretty crowded for the small space. They have the speed of the food real quick. Even though the food comes out quick it doesn't lack on quality. Definitely coming back here when I want some ramen.
