Excellent Staff and service. Even through Pandemic!!

Great customer service! from my experience. I did a Mobile order and I guess the order did not go through but I showered my receipts and the apologies and made my order quickly, really good staff this morning! they also gave me a free drink for this inconvenience! ??

Brand new location, I drove around for 15 minutes trying to find it. Whoopsies!? I was expecting that my mobile order would be on the counter like other locations, so I waited a minute, but then saw that here, it's different. The plastic dividers are set higher for the barista to dispense the pre-orders, which is a nice idea, just unexpected. Cute rustic ceiling to fit the "rustic drive" location.

This was actually a pretty nice Starbucks! It's tucked away in a quiet open-air retail plaza, but was still easy to find from the street. The store itself is spacious and has quite a few tables of various sizes and configurations; even though it was quite crowded, I had an easy time finding a place to sit and work for a bit. The baristas were efficient but perhaps could have been a bit friendlier by giving a smile when greeting customers. The one major downfall is the cleanliness of the store. The available tables were covered in crumbs, the drink prep area where the baristas work seemed to be much dirtier than at other stores.
