The drive through line takes about 20-30min here, but the food is great and they never mess up orders

Looks like there is new management. Service is prompt, friendly and on point. My food is even correct!

This is a complete 180 from before. I'd given up on this place. I gave them a shot a month ago and I've been back a few times, each was consistently good. If not an improvement each time.

Now if only they could make traffic out front make it easier to merge...

Third order within a month that was wrong. Trying to hurry once they deliver our food to the drive up window. Unfortunately, moving forward, each time you order food, I'm highly recommending that you open your bag or bags and physically check each item.

I've now had to return three times to exchange food for what we ordered. In the past, I've written great reviews about this location and the staff being great workers. But for now, just have to ride out sub standard customer service.

Hopefully the owners will read this and ensure that the team is properly trained and are capable of communicating in English.
