Yummy Hainan Chicken

My first time here for to go order. I had the Signature Hainan Chicken over rice combo. Everything was delicious, from the tender chicken, the rice, the pickled veggies, and even the crunchy peanuts. Will be back again for sure!

It's a small restaurant with an adequate amount of tables for a less busy weekday afternoon. The atmosphere has very calming vibes to it, which I like. I had the hainanese chicken with rice which was quite alright, but expensive. And it didn't even fill me up that much. :'(

I guess the garlic taste was too strong for me, and I like some garlic in my food. Just not as much as they put in it.

Their location is convenient, Right next to the 99 ranch market, and with a free large parking lot.

Their signature Hainan chicken with rice is great.
Service is excellent, too.

Since they are still in "soft opening", have been told some of the items in menu may not be available yet.

Overall they are worth to try. Keep up the good work.

Ordered takeout a few times - great food and friendly service.

- Beef brisket is surprisingly good and tender when I thought their speciality is chicken only
- Hainan chicken did not disappoint but I think it’s more like the Cantonese style poached chicken, but still pretty good
- Fried chicken is crispy with light batter (which I appreciate and enjoy)
- A+ on fried squid leg as well

Can’t wait until this spot to reopen as it is my regular go to!

Though the chicken is more like Jiangcong Chicken instead of Hainan style, it’s fresh, tender and very delicious at its price. The fried chicken is also juicy inside and crispy outside.
