    This was not what I expected. But I'm glad of that. It was a new experience to going out for a steak dinner.
    Different meats are served at your table on a skewer, and any sides you like are at the Buffy. It was a fun experience. The food was excellent.

    The food, table service and ambience is great.

    Only critiques are that the potato salad and garlic mashed potato could improve with flavoring. And the staff asks to pick up plates too much or too early and don’t ask to refill drinks enough. The lead host on 12/25/23 at opening could have a nicer demeanor. It’s a higher end restaurant so great customer service from everyone at the host stand should be standard.

    Is Fogo fo you? Are you Keto? Love to try all sorts of flamed cooked meats? Like a nice dining experience of good ambiance and service? If yes, this is a place for you. The salad bar and charcuterie buffet is nice but don’t fill up or you won’t be able to try all the meats. They offer lamb chops by request if you don’t like corn fed 🥩 beef. I recommend the filet mignon, ribeye, picahna, and beef rib. These do not come out very often so put a smile on your face and ask for an extra slice. Pass on the lesser sirloin cuts and chicken. Some of the meats were too rare when it became busy with more customers. I recommend letting them know your preferred doneness before they cut. The bar and dining area are very nice. I have not been to the SF or SJ location to compare. However, Espetus (SF and San Mateo) has an edge on better meat flavor (smokey and seasoning).

    Hard work pays the dividends, same as friendship made during this hard work.
    Kudos to the management of this restaurant for making this place special and where the customers are truly valued. (although could use a little bit more light😉).
    From the moment we’ve entered, we felt awaited and welcomed. We got offered the tables, selection and list of all menus. Nice table served with white tablecloth and beautiful silverware. Pick your experience battle and run with it, cause meat will keep on coming. Oh, and don’t forget, there will be some treats like pork belly and grilled cheese with honey fire up your taste buds. So you better know what you want from variety of meat selection starting from sausage, chicken, pork, lamb, beef. Some of it, especially last two comes in three, four varieties.
    Lamb chops and beef ribs are the beasts!
    The salad bar should be revised, as it seemed a bit boring, however some of their products stood out: The butter-squash cream-soup, smoked, salmon, blue cheese, and mmmmm - serrano ham.
    The prices are a bit on the higher end and still there was a long line to get in, which tells a lot about the quality and service you are too experience at this restaurant.
    Way to go, Mr.Raul Garcia and congrats with another success.

    Fogo de Chão comes through with another established Brazilian steakhouse. The service was the highlight here for this particular one that just opened. The rest is everything that you expect from a high-end buffet of meat goodness. I recommend arriving early to avoid the crowd and for some reason the meats were cooked better. Later on in the evening they seemed a little on the over cooked side. Dessert was terrific and the drinks were decent. A great addition to Bay Street.
