“Update: I spoke with the evening manager Vivi and she was very very receptive... I've submitted some concerns to Chick-fil-A and I've emailed her directly and I think everything will be resolved in the Future 🥗 VIVI WROTE ME AGAIN AND OFFERED ME A SCANNABLE CODE BY EMAIL... CHICK-FIL-A CORPORATE GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME REALLY FAST THIS MORNING AND OFFERED ME SOME SCANNABLE CODES AS WELL! I've been a loyal customer with these people on third-party ordering systems like Doordash for the last few months I've even written to their customer service when I couldn't order online/and they thanked me and they suggested that they will come back online for delivery and Prices were high and I put up with it and the prices went down but I couldn't believe what happened to me today I trusted them because their salads were good I would order their salads they're $6 plus taxes and fees they're nearly $8 6.09+taxes and FEES I have been ordering them and I was really satisfied with how they loaded on a lot of tomatoes and onions and cucumber I have attached a picture of what I got/ this must be how they take advantage of the lunch time crowds?! It is unbelievable I got nothing but half a bucket of lettuce a few pieces of shredded cheese and two little cherry tomatoes for $8! What a way to disrespect your loyal customer... :-( I let doordash know what was going on... They tried to offer me just 1.75 in credits and I reiterated that it was almost like the whole item was missing because there was so much missing... I tried to chat with an agent but there was nobody available for over 10 minutes... Though it said 1 minute... I realize that this wasn't just an ingredient missing for Doordash to waive the tax and FEES... Salad would still not be worth $6 it's an outrageous flop It's about 25 to 30 cents in lettuce and maybe 25 or 30 cents in tomatoe🍅 DID NOT INCLUDE ANY SALAD DRESSING EITHER! THE SALAD WAS BASICALLY A THROWAWAY/ IT WOULD BE A WASTE TO EVEN USE THE SALAD DRESSING I HAD FROM BEFOREHAND... It's got multiple ingredients missing SO it's no different than the salad just never came... It's a completely missing item it's a joke! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE CHICK-FIL-A COULD MISS THE ONIONS THE RADISH THE EXTRA TOMATOES THE USUAL AMOUNT OF CHEESE IS THE SALAD DRESSING ETC ...🥗.... I don't understand how the salad could be 1/3 the usual volume! Again I think it's because it's lunch time and people in offices don't have time to complain?”

“Lovely new restaurant at Bay Street that was very much needed. I was able to drop in on their opening night where they kicked it off with Mariachis which were pretty cool. They had chicaros as a table offering and they were pretty tasty. While the chips and salsa needed a little bit of work, the queso fundido was absolutely delicious. The enchiladas rancheras were also a winner in my book. The sundae and flan was a great way to end the meal. The cocktails were pretty decent. Overall, I'm very happy with this new place and look forward to coming back due to the location. Worth a visit if you're in the area or are in the mood for some shopping.”

“Fogo de Chão comes through with another established Brazilian steakhouse. The service was the highlight here for this particular one that just opened. The rest is everything that you expect from a high-end buffet of meat goodness. I recommend arriving early to avoid the crowd and for some reason the meats were cooked better. Later on in the evening they seemed a little on the over cooked side. Dessert was terrific and the drinks were decent. A great addition to Bay Street.”

“This place far exceeded our expectations! Definitely worth a little drive, that's how good it was. The crab burger is simply amazing! Real crab. The fish and chips were awesome, too. We watched them cook the fresh salmon on the on the grill right in front of us for the salmon sandwich. The food was prepared by chefs, not cooks. Everything was fresh and priced fairly. This food would cost double at a sit down restaurant and you would leave very satisfied. I highly recommend! And I almost forgot, try the garlic fries, too!”

“Found this lovely cozy restaurant on a whim. Enjoyed our meal (crab fried rice, yellow curry with chicken, steak salad, mango with sticky rice). Our cheerful waiter was welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with the chef who visited our table to talk about Thai culinary history and finding ingredients in the East Bay. Recommend!”

“The ramen fell short of expectations for the $17.50 Tonkatsu with Chashu. The noodles were good and firm, but soft boiled egg was plain and non-marinated. Additionally the bean sprouts were not pickled which made the broth feel less rich. Four stars only for the amazing service and dedicated staff”

“I came here because it was one of the highest rated burger places in my area. It was kinda hard to find, parking you have to hunt for... But Hometown Heroes has a DAMN good burger. They are particular of ordering food through a QR code app so keep that in mind. Shane the bartender did great drinks and super friendly. Gave me great spots to see and took good care of me. It doesn't look anything special but a cool spot. The food was hot, prepared as requested and hit the spot! The burger is so juicy it almost ended up being a fork and knife burger but I managed. I got the BM and it made me super happy. I will be back.”

“Run, don’t walk. Best katsu I’ve had on the west coast! Crispy, not drenched in oil, and bigger portions than I expected. Would highly recommend the pork katsu, and recommend eating the cheese katsu while it’s warm (or re heat it so the cheese is runny/soft). I thought the price of the combo was high but once I saw how much food it was $30 seems acceptable. Easily 2 meals.”
