    My co-workers and I have found THE taco spot in Newark! They're not super greasy, they're generous with the meat, not salty...just perfect!
    The only con is that they only take cash...
    BIG PRO: you can call ahead and place an order so you don't waste your precious lunch time waiting for the taquero to prepare it.

    Tacos are $2 each

    Exactly what we've been looking for. Park on Peralta there is no parking in car dealer. This is a taco truck. The workers are very kind. You get veggies and limes as sides... Great fast service..

    In a nutshell - Not having a go-to taco truck like this place would be a serious gap in my life.

    A taco truck is a living manifestation of something where you really don’t care much about anything else than putting a really good product on a plate. This one is in a used car lot in Fremont and it has 2 picnic benches set up with a lopsided canopy. The menu is simple and affordable. Service is friendly.

    I love these tacos. I always get the chicharron with some combo of the other stuff but they are all good. Warm, soft corn tortillas. Perfectly cooked meat. The right balance of salsa, cilantro, onions, and the assorted other stuff. I don’t care about anything else - give me good tacos. El Compadre always does.
