booniepepper Islander Grill

So I found this place on google. I was excited because they had steak and chicken. Once I arrived the steak was out so I got chicken and tofu! The chicken was amazing but I was left hungry and paid $18 for so little. The veggies were okay but way to many carrots. The salad was okay next time I need the dressing on the side. I wasn’t crazy about red rice will try white next time. The tofu was strange and I love tofu. I’ll give this place another try; maybe. The staff seemed nice and place was clean. I will update if I come back but for now 3 star! It’s not bad and not amazing!

It’s not my grandmas cooking (everyone’s grandma has the best food lol) but it’s still amazing! They carry king car which automatically makes this place my go to for Chamorro food.

Great food, but as a chamoru from Guam, I would love it if they added more chamorro cuisine items to the menu.

Great locally owned family restaurant. The food is excellent every time I go. I make sure everyone I know has tried this place!

My wife is from Guam and for her this place is a taste of home. For me the food is just awesome. The chicken is great and the red rice is too. I only wish they were open more often.
