    My daughters and I love the drinks here at Who's Tea, anything with rose flavor is great for me. The service is great and friendly, clean place and especially the bsthroom!

    Very relaxing environment and attentive staff! My pasta was well-cooked, and had a generous helping of mussels. I wish I had known there were mushrooms in the pesto sauce, as I had to dodge those. The plain hot coffee wasn't quite as tasty as it could have been.

    Overall, Who's Tea is a nice place, convenient to my friends' apartment, that I will happily stop into again.
