    I’ve been to OK Noodle many many times before and almost every time I order N4 Braised Beef Noodle Soup because it’s so good. Sadly over the years I’ve been disappointed each time I go that I think it will no longer be my go to for beef noodle soup. They first started giving less meat, then they must have changed chefs because the flavor of the soup is not what it used to be. I’m so sad!!

    Will have to look for another go to place now.

    Hand pulled noodles. I have been several times and like their broth and noodles. Like many Chinese restaurants, it lacks luster and ambience. My friend has been ill a couple times after eating here. I've never had a problem, nor anyone else I've eaten there with.

    The noodles are amazing, the texture is perfect. Enjoyed the special oil noodle and braised beef noodle soup. I would prefer a bit more spice but the noodles are the best I've had so far.

    My favorite place to have authentic spicy and sour noodles. Very fresh made noodles and the soup is tasty too! Sometimes I drive almost 50 min just to have a dish there. Clean and nice place for families. I wish they have a branch in South Bay.

    Hand pulled noodles with generous portions are OK by me.

    The texture of the noodles are perfectly aldente to my liking. But make sure you eat it all at the moment because get soft the next day.

    Location is definitely tailored to the locals. It’s in the middle of nowhere.
