Their food is Delicious and they have a good amount of portion that they give you. The prices for the plate and the amount of food you get is good. Been to other restaurants and the price is high and give you small portion of food. Their service is great, waiters are nice and attentive, and looks well kept.
We have tried many time to get in and today the wait was only 10 minutes. I now have a new favorite place to enjoy fish & chips. 3 large perfectly cooked pieces of fish. The fries were ok but not as crispy as I like. My wife's shrimp salad was very good. Great menu with a wide selection. We will be definitely be returning soon.
Fun place to come to with the family and its a fun time no doubt. My only complaint was the service, we waited 30 minutes for our food and received it cold. They did apologize and replace it for us but the waiting just took forever.
Healthy and hearty menu for all palettes. Good, friendly, attentive service. Modern design restaurant making Jacks seem bigger than it is. Can dine and wine on the patio. Good choice for a date, family, business, happy hour. AMC and shopping are 2 minutes walk away, always a plus.
Jacks is a well oiled machine: excellent diner food. Their portions and flavors are well tested and the servers are always speedy and pleasant.
Take one of their signature items, "the moose". Most diners will either overdo the gravy or the hash browns so you end up with too much of one flavor or the other, or worse, an endless slog of wet potatoes that you can't finish. Not the moose: each bite is crispy, there's an excellent balance of biscuit or hash brown and the egg is uplifted and flavorful on top, with a generous helping of bacon and meat bits in the gravy and lots of scallions to add more fresh crunch. Easily, this dish could be a bland mess and is often just that at other classic diners, but not here.
