    3rd time here. clean, quick, happy place. Great fix for a health sandwich versus fast food. Next door they have tasty Vietnamese restaurant called Rice & Spoon ~ Pandan Waffle with Ice Cream is popular.

    Literally one of the best Banh Mi sandwiches I've ever had. To be fair, I was really hungry when I got it. Still, after growing up on Vietnamese food, I feel like it's still an unbiased review.
