Indigo Burger

The food and the ambience both are very nice.
They are so kind to prepare kids burger on my request and really made kids day.

Shakes - 100% good
Soda pop - very nice
Burgers are the best..

First visit and I loved everything. I got the Indigo burger, loaded fries, and a cookies and creme milkshake. Everything is plant based and the food was amazing. I'm typically not a fan of cheese on a burger or any kind of sauce, I feel like it overpowers the burger but this was the exception. The cheese and sauce enhanced the flavor along with sauteed onions, this burger was the best plant based burger I've had. Quick 20 minute drive from San Jose, I will definitely be back to try more items from the menu.

My daughter discovered this new place, wanted to try it the opening week but sold out. We finally got to try it today. ? We got the chicken sandwich, reg fries for my daughter & loaded fries for myself. Chicken sandwich (good size, pretty thick) was very tasty and the loaded fries was amazing. ? I hate to say the food is a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it especially it's vegan, we all know vegetarian and vegan food aren't cheap lol. My daughter & I both love it ? will definitely be back again.

P.S. the loaded fries is more like a meal, I shared my loaded fries with my daughter and only ate 1/3 of my sandwich cuz I was already full from the fries.

It seems like the business was just opening as some things were just getting set up and there was a little trouble with the credit card reader. However, the food more than made up for the small amount of hassle I dealt with. The hamburger was well made and the bun was exceptional. The seasoned fries were also some of my favorite. I will definitely be back.

Went to their soft opening today and picked up the burger, chicken sandwich, and some fries. Since I adopted a plant based diet a few years ago, one of the few things I’ve really missed is a fried chicken sandwich. Indigo’s hit the spot! The burger is excellent too and the rosemary fries were really flavorful. They have a register set up near the door with a plastic shield in place. It’s good to know they’re taking safety seriously! There’s also an outdoor seating area right out front. Definitely worth checking out! We’ll be back soon.
