Halal Hibachi! We tried the Yakisoba, salmon Hibachi dinner and some sushi rolls. All the food tastes great and they even have a spot for prayer :)
It was very good experience over all. Good service great food and good ambiance. I think if your values are best customer service with great food option then you are a successful business.
We went there very late last night. We asked them before reaching there as our eta was 9:52pm and they said they will take us . ✅best . Dinner was full on 3 course . Soup, salad and an then main course. We order filet mignon and shrimp with rice and shrimp with chow main and 2 Diet Coke . It was full filing. Our total bill was $78. But I think it was with every penny
I will recommend for everyone to try at least one time
Very tasty halal Japanese food. We ordered Newyork steak dinner combo, chicken teriyaki sushi, yakisoba noodles and vegetable tempura. The entrees also came with a tasty and perfect miso soup. The food came pretty fast and the person/owner who served us was very patient and respectful. Everything tasted very fresh and yummy. We all had a good time there and would definitely be back soon.
Wakatobi is one of the first halal Japanese grills to open in the Bay Area, this is their second location with another in Seaside. The sushi is impeccable and some of the most authentic I’ve seen in the Bay. Their hibachi platters are also very good and have great cuts of meat. Recommend to everyone seeking a Japanese grill place.
What I liked:
Halal Sushi
Food was tasty
Hot green tea was good
What I did not like:
Service was very very slow
One dish we ordered, they forgot and took again a lot of time
Sushi was not cut in bite size.. they were like shawarma cut in to 4 pieces.. had tough time eating it with chopsticks.
