Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the top 27 chipotle I’ve ever been to.

I absolutely love Chipotle. The salad dressing that they keep hidden in the best is soooooooo good.

It's Chipotle dudes and dudettes. They serve the same comfort Chipotle food at this location like all other locations. This one was also clean and good customer service so I'd go back.

Best Chiptole on Lakeshore in Oakland, also the only one. Still good. Like the corn salsa surprisingly. Love the guacamole it reminds me of salt in the proper proportions. Highly efficient preparation and attentiveness of clerk very uplifting.

2 years ago I gave 2 star review due to you can see why below. Since then, this place got whole new staffs. The new staffs are friendly, professional, and welcoming. It is a complete 180 degree change.

Today, some guy was creeping over my shoulder looking at the contents of my cellphone. I immediately got alarmed. From the kitchen, there was a brave lady telling the guy not to do that. I was really impressed by that. I don't know her name. I wanted to thank her before I left, but she was on kitchen duty and didn't see her when I was leaving.

Next time, I see her I will thank her. She needs to be promoted. Such a brave act to make sure her customers have pleasant dining experience and feel safe in the environment. Thank you!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful and immature employees...
I cannot believe they would employee people like these...

So much bickering and arguing amongst employees and even witnessed them arguing with a customer.

Very rude as well... It is just shocking these are the types of people handling the food we eat.
