    It's really annoying paying $11 for a super burrito. What was once the food of the campesinos is now just another kick in the working man's empty belly. I don't blame the restaurant for charging so much, rather,I blame the fools who are happy to pay it. False bubble economy leeches. In all fairness,the burrito was good. Maybe I'm wrong but I think the frijoles refritos are homemade. They tasted really good.

    Los Cantaros has good food. It's cute on the inside and a great place to bring friends to eat. What I'm not sure about is what they're going for-- for awhile Los Cantaros was a really great quick / carry-out kind of place. They've recently transitioned to something ... in between? Not sure how to describe it, but it's somewhere between sit-down dining and order-at-the-counter... with a big bar and TV that's always playing sports.

    Biggest knock: a bit pricey for what it is. Love the food but a super burrito for $13 is astronomical, even for (or maybe especially for) the Bay ????‍♂️

    I first moved here in the early 00s, and this place was alright because it was one of the few Mexican places on this side of the lake. That said, I feel like it's much improved. The staff have always been great, as far as I'm concerned.
