Enssaro Ethiopian Restaurant

Oh, I love this place. I went two evenings in a row, and the staff had a little trouble delivering what we had ordered on the second evening. But the food: Oh the food! It is incredibly delicious, with rich spices and delicious sauces. And the atmosphere is fun too. It appears to be family run, and everybody is quite nice.

We went for a Monday afternoon lunch, and the food was VERY tasty! We had small children and they accommodated us very well. Another major plus was the music being played by one of my favorite artist, Dawit Melesse ???????????????? I'll definitely be back!

I've been coming here for almost 10 years, and it is as good as the first day. Superb food and service, and incredible consistency. One of my favorites spots in the Bay area.

Terrible customer service. Made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. The cashier and waiter staring at me and not smiling, just made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that they served 7 people that came after me first. And the drink i paid $6 was 5 months expired! Cold food and very slimy. The table was sticky and smelled bad. Honestly the worst ive ever experience and super expensive!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay area. If you haven't tried Ethiopian food this is the place to go. All of their platters are served family style and they give you the special type of bread that you use to eat your food. I highly recommend there grilled chicken with bell peppers and the vegetarian assortment platter.

I've been here several times and I can't recommend this place more.
