Taqueria La Mejor

Solid local, nothing inspired about it. Had a regular chicken burrito which got better with more salsa. Chicken isn't spiced or flavored in any way and the guacamole needed salt. Very, very nice people and I'd return just for that.

Best local authentic mexican food in the area.
Cant beat the prices and the people there are friendly. My Family has neen going for years!!!

Good food in a less than perfect area. Cash only. I often order a "baby burrito" which is plenty of food for little dough. When I splurge, I the birria platter. Didn't like the fish tacos. Staff is very pleasant.

The women who work there are more than friendly, provide excellent, fast, homemade food. The meat is magic as they have cooked it to perfection. I watch them roast peppers, chop garlic and put together real authentic delicious fresh food. Tiny little place that is better than any top notch restaurant. Best kept secret in any neighboorhood. Leave a large tip cause they under charge.
Love this place. They will also let you order off the menu. This cute little place should have lines around the block.
