Well worth the short wait!

Oatmeal pancakes looked amazing - I will try them next time. But I already enjoyed the best spinach omelette I have had in ages. Generous amount of spinach and mushrooms - I added Italian sausage, which was delicious and that was a great compliment. The melted turkey pesto sandwich was filled with fresh turkey, not deli meat.

Fruit smoothly was cold a delicious without being sweet.

Service was rushed, but friendly.

Amazing brunch location with fast and friendly service. The pricing is very reasonable and the portions are large, and of course the food is good. Also the coffee has free refills!

There can be a wait during peak hours but there are a lot of nearby boutiques to check out while you wait and there is a beautiful rose garden a couple blocks away (Morcom Rose Garden).

This place has a friendly, relaxed, warm vibe. The menu has ample variety w/o being overwhelming and the service is top notch. Sipping on a cup of coffee, reading, glancing up at the rain falling outside, the white noise chatter of people talking and the mellow music..quite a treat°

Super friendly, decent spot. Nothing to write home about unfortunately. But "comfortable" is the word I'd use.

Love this place. It’s local diner done right, with an approachable menu and friendly staff (Hi, Irene!). I have a soft spot for meat and generally add bacon to everything, but their avocado-forward dishes are both tasty and filling. Sit in the back patio area for a really special experience and a few fallen leaves on your head.
