Sliver Pizzeria

I’m sort of surprised to see the hype around this place. They only do one pizza by the slice per day and only have 4 pizzas to choose from. I got a slice of the day and it was extremely thin. Like toppings falling off when you pick it up thin. The flavor was good though and the service was friendly. Cybelle’s is a couple blocks away and a lot better for just a few dollars more though. Maybe there’s something I’m not seeing.

This is the nicest pizza place I've ever been to. They've expanded the pizza menu, built out a really nice chill atmosphere with booths for more private/social dining and have laid-back jazz music in the background. They also sell gelato now! I had their gluten free pizza, and it was one of the best gluten free crusts I have ever had. Can't recommend enough

Sliver never disappoints me. Fresh ingredient and super tasty pizza. Great service and very clean restaurant. Very excited that it finally opened at Montclair.

Montclair is fortunate to have Sliver's newest location! Serving vegetarian-only pizzas on Sourdough crust, Sliver has been an established pizzeria in Berkeley for many years. Family run and operated, to me, it's the best of Oakland. Be sure to check their website for their rotating menu, though they now offer a set and standard menu year-round. This location even has gelato! And whatever you do, don't forget the green sauce!

Plenty of indoor seating, bathrooms, and a TV make for a perfect place for groups.
