THE CLUBHOUSE at the Pleasanton Hotel

Our server was great, didn't catch her name but she is usually tending bar. I've eaten here before and recommend the happy hour.

This is a relatively new place in Pleasanton. It takes the place of handles Brewpub located in the landmark Pleasanton Hotel.

The menu is fairly varied and the prices are reasonable. Services a bit hectic. But, they are fairly new so it may settle in.

Solid service both at table and bar seating. Bartenders are very knowledgeable, and there's a wide beer, wine and spirits menu. Food seems a bit better than the previous establishment, Handles. Nice cozy atmosphere, though I think coziness dropped a notch with the loss of the lounge seating area in the bar. Otherwise, it feels very familiar after the change in owners and rebranding.

New, well-done place. Still working out the kinks. Great effort. Loved the cocktails - though they tend to be on the sweeter side - pisco sour was exceptionally well done. Well worth a visit.

It was awesome. Just went for dessert, but the vibe is wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely going to be returning with family and friends for dinner.
