I miss this place. I really do. I used to come here weekly when I was younger. Now the place is getting a bit old and sad. The TVs have visible ghosting and banding on them that affects visual quality. Last time I went, there was one waitress covering the entire building (It was NFL conference championship day, too!)

One good thing I can add is that they play the audio for big games over the speakers. We went to another bar that day and they refused to play sound for the games, so we left there pretty quickly and went to The Englander, and were much happier.

Their food still rocks, so if you're looking for a place to eat, get on down there. If you're there to watch the game... sure, it's a decent place. If you're there to watch multiple games... maybe take a look at other places. I don't think this place will disappoint you THAT much either way, though.

Good pub food, good service, good liquor selection. 4 out of 5 stars for not crispy fries in fish and chips. They have several options for happy hour, too! Happy hour hours from 4-6pm.

Food was good, lots of beer on tap, but the service is lacking quite a bit. The beer list is constantly out of date. Lots of tvs, decent atmosphere though its been dwindling for a few years.

The beer selection is good. The appetizers are OK and large. Family OK, but they have sports on and they have patrons who are ... enthusiastic... about their squads.

The restaurant was really quiet on a Sunday morning and has a great atmosphere with reasonably priced breakfasts ($10-$15). I would definitely good back there if O had the chance.
