Starbucks

Could be better. I try to patronize this location as much as I can because it's close to me when I take my breaks but lately they have been doing a sloppy job. 1) my coffee sometimes doesn't have a stopper in it to prevent contamination or spillage, 2) I sometimes order my pastries warmed and it's always cold, 3) but that's also probably because the bag is not properly closed and sealed either... again a big contamination issue especially with COVID-19 floating around and the final issue as of late... 4) I found a piece of plastic in a sandwich I ordered and (5... I guess) when I called the store to complain no one answered the phone. Hopefully if I give them another chance (we're all human after all) I'll have a much more pleasant experience.

Fast and friendly service even during Pandemic times, thank you guys, appreciate all the efforts and caring gestures.

I like this starbucks in particular because its quiet and not over crowded. Cool customer service and amazing drinks when requested.
