    The lady doesn't speak English that well. So if you go here make sure to really communicate with her and tell her what you want and repeat it again. She is very nice. There were time I don't have enough change and she say it's ok. The food is very good.

    4 Star for good value. Average dim sum dish price is about 4 dollars.

    The food the dim-sum (yes this is one of the few places where they serve dim-sum ) are delicious and are very reasonably priced. The only thing keeping this place from getting a full score is the service (and maybe the rest room too ).

    Really nice food. Location is a bit out of the way but worth it. Staff speak limited English so some communication barriers might happen. Dim sum menu is easy to follow and helps over come language issues. Really enjoyed 7 of the 8 dishes we got. Avoid sausage rolls, way too sweet
