Plate 88

We had the 88 breakfast and it’s was so good. My husband always asks for over medium eggs and they were perfect. This is huge because he rarely gets them done the way he likes. Portions are very generous, I couldn’t finish all of mine. The people were friendly and attentive. I’m looking forward to going back again.

Good place to eat, the food is delicious and the manager is very nice. The service is good there just needs to be condiments on the table, creamer when you order coffee. Ketchup and other things so you don't always ask for something. Really nice and close place for Upcountry living.

Food was good, service need more energy. Dishes came out without condiments and took a few minutes to get. Drinks took a long time to be refilled. Half way through meal we were all dry and the waitress seem to take her time. Needs more fabric in the restaurant to quiet the noise. Lighting was bright for a dinner setting. A lot of the windows have failed insulated glass, so your looking at foggy windows. I realize it's new and kinks are getting worked out, but these things should have been addressed in the beginning. I got fish & chips, it came out with 3 pieces of fish thrown on top of fries, it could have been plated a little better. Just appeared as it was thrown together, like you would expect from a food truck. Again no condiments, was told no malt vinegar only tarter sauce and ketchup. I like malt vinegar with my fried fish. But the overall taste was good.

We went for dinner tonight and not only was the service amazing (thank you CieCie) but the food was delicious!! My son devoured his chicken and alfredo and the rest of us cleaned our plates! Everything was fresh and let me tell you about the RANCH DRESSING 🤤🔥🔥🔥 it is homemade, and I’m not talking about opening a packet and adding milk 😂 amazing, can’t wait to go back and support this family business that obviously LOVES their craft!

Overall, pretty good experience. We got the brussel sprouts appetizer, the cheese steak sandwich and the chicken burgundy. No complaints with the cheese steak and fries, but with such great beer cheese they definitely need to add house made pretzels to their menu! The chicken burgundy was delicious, chicken was juicy and loved the amount of mushrooms and veggies that came with it. The only complaint I have about the dish was the mashed potatoes, they were dry similar to the texture of left over microwaved mashed potatoes or the kind out of a box. Our appetizer came out after our entrées (no biggie) but they were slightly burnt but a little less time cooking and they would have been perfect; a lot of great flavors. Great menu, would love to see more spicy options like deep fried jalapeño coins ect.. but overall I think once they have some time to work out the kinks they will be amazing! Definitely recommend giving a try.
