Bourbon kyitchen is amazing in every way possible across all measures for impeccable service+++!!!
I've been there several times since their opening, not once have I or anyone I've brought been disappointed. In fact every time, all the time we've been supremely and awesomely blessed!!!

Really good innovative food and the service on a busy night was excellent. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable.
Highly recommended. They don't seem to take reservations, so be prepared for a wait.

Great food as to be expected. An interesting eclectic menu but you are paying for what you get. The mains really need to be complemented with a side or salad to be a complete meal but fir a foodie, that is a good thing. Drinks are top notch and rival the best in town. Ambiance is a huge upgrade from Leon Bistro, modern and fresh. Well done on the noise dampening as well. Load enough to be energetic but easy to hold a conversation. I was little surprised by the service however. The manager was on point and very attentive however our server seemed like it was her first day and was not familiar with the menu at all. While she seemed very green she spoke as though she had been there a while.

The hubs took me out for dinner at the new Burban Kitchen, just the two of us. They only take reservations for parties of 6 or more, so we went in hope's we could get in on a Friday night so soon after opening. We had around a 30 minute wait, no seating outside yet. It is a happening hot spot for sure! Saw friends and met new people. The seating is dense and spaces are shared. We ordered the Boudin Balls to share- delicious! Came in a set of 3, so we split one. He ordered the open faced patty melt and I went with the braised short rib tacos. The plates are main dish only, so we ordered the fingerling potatoes as a side. We shared bites, and both preferred what we had ordered. The tacos were amazing. I haven't been surprised by flavor like that in a long time. The service was excellent and the hostess even said goodbye using our names. I recommend visiting soon.

Please stop by Burban Kitchen!! We had dinner there tonight. Delicious food, awesome service!! We were seated at the lower bar where we could watch the artist creating our dinner right in front of us!! It was the best dinner experience we have had in years!! We love the Burban and so will you!!!
