    I eat at very many Jack in the Box locations and this one is a little rough in comparison. There are tons of homeless outside (it is downtown Chico though. You can't get your own drink because the drink machine is behind the counter. If you need to use the restroom they have to buzz you in and if they are busy they may not realize you are about to wet yourself. The food is good though and the day staff is usually great. Beware of going in the evening.

    Great location! One of our consistent haunts! Consistently tasty and fast.Prices reasonable.

    Maybe it's bcoz the time of night that I go in, but the customer service can improve drastically. The bathroom is always dirty and some of the times there are no paper towels to dry your hands. The food isn't anything to brag about. Although, they do have one great tasting strawberry milkshake. If not for that, I'd probably rate it one star.
