This was the best brewery tour you can do. It is worth paying the money and getting a backstage tour. If your a fan of Sierra Nevada then this is for you. It will bring a tear to your eye, because I know it did for me. Perfect to bring your significant other or family. Just a great time to learn and be in awe.
The tour was interesting and entertaining plus it was free. We did a group reservation ahead of time. A great way to learn about Sierra Nevada and taste a few of their popular and new varieties. Plus, the taproom/restaurant is next door for some tasty food before or after.
Amazing brewery! We took a "Backstage Pass" tour and it was incredible. This brewery has amazing staff, their process re-uses 99% of their waste for other things rather than sending to landfills, their beers are amazing, would definitely recommend taking a tour and learn how scientific the beer making process is!
Did the Beer Geek tour with tour guide Jordan, and all I can tell you is sign up. Ask for Jordan. You get a thorough behind the scenes tour and Jordan knows his stuff. Entertaining, friendly, knowledgeable, and always has the right answers to questions like, can I try a little more of that? Kidding aside, Jordan really made the tour a fun time. Highly recommended.
We went on a Friday night at 7pm. The place was packed to the max with a 45 minute wait. Inside is very loud and lively. We sat outside and the atmosphere was great. The food is good and the beer/cider selection was excellent. Our server was excellent. We left at 9:30 and the place had almost emptied out completely. We could’ve probably gone a little later and got a seat quicker or gone much earlier to beat the rush.
