Son of a Wich

Ordered their new Monster sandwich. It was a bit over-the-top as far as size... and messy, you’re gonna need a fork. The meat was great and the stone ground mustard was on point. Looking forward to coming back. They plan to have live events and adult beverages are in the works. Come for lunch, and even if you have an appetite you’ll probably have enough leftovers for dinner.

I never review anything but Son of a Wich has to be one of the absolute best places to eat in Chico. Not only will you find the best food you will ever have the pleasure of eating, the owners are kind and genuine people who you can tell love what they do. When you walk in you immediately feel welcome and that they are excited to see you. That passion comes through in their food. Everything is made from scratch, I don't think you'll find anything that could be remotely considered "pre-made" in their kitchen and they proudly let you know where the food you are eating is coming from. I tell all my friends about this place after I eat there because it's that good. It would be a disservice to the community to not let everyone know about this place. If you ever want a good meal and a relaxed vibe go here there isn't a better spot I have found in the four years I've lived here.

Stopped in yesterday evening for the first time and this place is fabulous! The Enchantress was delicious and very sizeable. The hummus spread was so good! Friendly owners to top it off. Found my favorite sandwich shop in Chico!

My first visit. Nice and friendly staff. I had the Chicken Slider. The Chicken was nice and crispy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. Served Panini style. A really good Sandwich. My only complaint? I wish they had more to choose from. They have only been open for about a month so they're just getting started. I'm sure they'll eventually create more.

Amazing food and staff! Had the Enchantress, a delicious vegan panini. Also had the Cuban, everything was freshly made and cooked to perfection. Very few restaurants can provide such quality ingredients with so much flavor, Son of a Wich is an up and coming chico gem! CC
